I believe you mean our MediaWiki plugin? If so, Purge All Cache should do the trick: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscmw/settings/#purge-all-cache

Update will update to the latest build on the currently active version. Basically your current version 6.2 build 4 will be updated to the latest (build 7) build.
Upgrade will upgrade your installation from 6.2 build 4 to the latest stable version/build (in this case to 6.2.1).
mariadb is using most of your CPU. You may need to tweak it and check if you can enable cache for your laravel application, it should help you hit the db less often: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lsclaravel/installation/
