Do you host other site other than Mediawiki? Did high CPU load come from mediawiki site lsphp or from other lsphp? Normally once you enabled cache for mediawiki, it should reduce number of PHPs. When pages are serviced from cache, they won't be any PHP processes or RAM/CPU usages for such...
Make sure you are using the latest LiteSpeed 6.1. no need to "suffix is added in web console config ". LSWS doesn't need external app or script handler at all. Just use PHP tab to automatically define handler.

English, please. These is no include files for LSWS native. If you you use apache configuration and let LSWS to read them, such as control panel environment, like cpanel, you can use include file from apache configurations.
cpanel has include files, you can add it to /etc/apache2/conf.d/userdata/ to apply to all virtual hosts.

There was a ticket associated with this. for other's interest, the rewrite rule is missing the rewrite conditoin.

to avoid an infinite rewrite which leads to 500 error.
