Is there a way to do so through he command line?

Is there a reccomended way to clear all the caches on the server without just wiping the directories? We had to reinstall litespeed and it appears the old cache files are not adhering to the TTL. I know we can do so using the "clear cache" in each users cPanel, but I cannt seem to find one to...
